| Abstract: | The paper discussed the theoretical basis,historical basis and realistic basis of the strategy of revitalizing China through talents,elaborated the great significance of implementing this strategy,and pointed out that the strategy of revitalizing China through talents is the root of building up and implementing scientific outlook on development,acting on the scientific outlook on development must be combined with the strategy of revitalizing China through talents. |
