论我国刑事证人出庭制度的完善

随着审判方式改革的不断深化,证人在诉讼中的地位和作用更突显出重要。然而,证人作证难问题却长期以来一直困扰着我国的立法和司法部门。本文从分析证人出庭难的原因出发,提出了建立健全证人出庭制度的构想。

On the Improvement of the Witness in Court System of China

With the deepening of the reform on the trial manner, the role and function of witness becomes more important in the lawsuit. Whereas, the difficulty of getting evidence from the witness has long been a puzzle that worries our legislation and justice departments. By analyzing the reasons for the difficulties of witness's appearing in court, the author aims to construct and perfect the system.
