| 摘 要： | 分析了电路过渡过程中及稳态电路中电子元器件的温度动态响应问题，提出了建立温度响应关联式的集总参数模型，获得了温度动态响应的理论分析表达式，并对一稳态直流电路进行了试验验证。

| Abstract: | The transient temperature response of electronic elements in both transitional circuit and steady-state circuit are analysed.The analytical expressions of transient temperatures of circuit elements are deduced by using the method of lumped parameter analysis.The experimental and calculated results of an example are compared. |
