浅谈创新性学习与创新性人才培养

摘    要:阐述了创新性学习的含义和主要特征 ,认为创新性学习必须有着眼于未来的思想观念、科学思考与自主探索相结合的学习态度和博专相济、活化知识的学习品质。在此基础上 ,探讨了创新性人才的主要特征和培养途径 ,从培养学生的创新思维、创新意识和创新能力三个方面提出了创新性人才培养的具体措施。

Abstract:The meaning and characteristics of creative learning are clarified in this paper. It is argued that creative learning consists of the learning attitude which combines future concepts, scientific thinking and active exploration, and the learning virtue which advocates eruditeness, specialized and flexible knowledge. On such a basis, the characteristics and training methods of creative talents are discussed with concrete measures put forward to cultivate them from the following three aspects: creative thinking, creative consciousness and creative abilities.
