汪伪政府"收回"租界及"撤废"治外法权述论

抗日战争后期 ,汪伪政府“收回”租界及“撤废”治外法权 ,是日本政府为挽救太平洋战场的颓势而推行“对华新政策”的产物 ,也是汪伪政府试图“改善”对日关系的重要尝试。本文详尽考察该历史事件的起因、经过及结局 ,论证了汪伪政府的政治目标在形式上似乎是得到了实现 ,但实际上所得十分有限 ,形成了日本侵华史上最富于欺骗性的一幕

A Study of Wang Puppet Government's Taking Back the Concession and Rescinding the Exterritoriality

In the late period of Anti-Japanese War, the Wang puppet government's taking back the concession and rescinding the exterritoriality, was the outcome of the Japanese government's policy on China for the sake of saving the declining trend of Pacific Ocean Campaigns, and was also an important try of Wang puppet government to improve the relationship with Japan. With a detailed investigation into the cause, process and the final outcome of this historical incident, this paper argues that the political target of Wang puppet government seemed to be realized in form, but actually the benefit was very limited, which was accounted as the worst duplicity in the history of Japan invading China.
