小组工作的介入与班集体精神的再生产——以TS小学为例

精英主义教育以及市场化导致的利益分化带来了集体主义精神的缺失,在学校中进行集体主义教育,在价值多元化的今天也就日益突显出其必要性,但是传统的以说教为主的政治思想教育在个性张扬的当代学生面前力量不足。因此运用社会工作专有方法之一的小组社会工作方法实现班集体主义精神的再生产是在当前社会条件下一个极富意义的活动。本文正是在这方面进行的一个简单的尝试。

The Using of Group Method in the Reproduction of Collectivism in the School By the Illustration of TS School

It is because the elitist education and polarization of benefit in China,it makes the decrease of collectivism spirit in the school,and it makes the importance to educate collectivism in the school more and more,but it is no use of the straitlaced method such as political ideological education to the students.The using of social work group method is a new way for the education of collectivism in school.The discourse is an experiment on the education of collectivism.
