团体社会工作实践教学初探

摘    要:本文首先比较了参与式教学与团体工作的联系,然后介绍了在教学过程中根据不同内容和不同阶段笔者开展参与式教学的具体方法,总结和反思了参与式方法运用于团体工作对于学生成长和教师工作的积极作用,最后指出了为促进教学今后工作的重点和需要改进的不足。

Abstract:The paper first explored the relationship between participatory teaching method and group social work, and then introduced the specific methods depending on the contents of the different stages in the process of teaching. It was suggested that participatory teaching was extremely helpful to the growth of college students and the work of teachers Finally, In order to improve the level of teaching, the focus of future work and aspects of improvement were put forward.
