摘 要: | 影响大学生就业的因素很多,本文以已经毕业的大学生个人情况和就业情况为研究数据,对影响大学生就业的七个自身条件进行回归分析,并做出优先排序.研究发现虽然有不少就业歧视存在,但大学生自身的努力是最终的决定因素.
