| 摘 要： | 通过南海区罗村街道的实地调研，结合已有研究，分析了当前社会背景下存在的各种文化冲突对青少年教育工作带来的挑战，针对罗村多元文化冲突下的青少年教育工作的选择做了简要探讨，从中提炼出罗村街道在青少年教育工作方面所取得的经验。

| Abstract: | By reading the hterature, combined with their street in the South China Sea area Laocun research experience, the author analyze the existence of various cultural conflict on the challenges of youth education under the current social context, and give a brief discussion of the adolescent education in the perspective of the Multicuhural conflict, from which to extract the experience of Youth Education in Luocun street. |
