| Abstract: | Trade union work is an important area of Social affairs management and services. Innovating trade union work and strengthening the personnel of trade union are inseparable from social workers. This paper is mainly based on my internship experience. From the perspective of social work theory and practice, I will explore the feasibility of social workers involved in union work and make some reasonable intervention strategies. |
