流浪乞讨现象的生成机制与应对策略研究——基于芜湖市街头流浪乞讨人员的调查研究

文章采用结构式与准结构式访谈,非参与性观察,问卷调查等方法对城市流浪乞讨人员进行调查。研究发现：流浪乞讨人员在物质与精神上处于一种＂无根的漂浮＂状态,流浪乞讨现象的生成存在＂推力驱动型＂与＂拉力牵引型＂两种机制,解决流浪乞讨现象的根本在于弱化与消解这种＂推力＂与＂拉力＂,增强社会对他们的附着力,让他们＂扎根＂于社会,由一种漂浮状态回归到正常生活中去。

The Study of the Formation Mechanism and Strategies of Vagrant Beggars：the Research Based on the Vagrant Beggars in Wuhu

This essay conducts investigation of urban vagrants and beggars through different ways,such as structured and quasi-structured interviews,non-participant observation,questionnaires and so on.The conclusion can be found that the material and spiritual of vagrants and beggars is in a ＂rootless floating＂ state;there are two mechanisms contributing to the phenomenon of vagrants and beggars： ＂push-driven＂ and ＂pull traction＂;the weakening or getting rid of such ＂push＂ and ＂pull＂ helps to solve the problem in order to enhance their adhesion to the community,thus make them found their own roots in society and return to normal lives.
