| 摘 要： | 本文针对传统教学方法存在的问题,并根据笔者的教学经验,提出了老年社会工作的＂认知—体验＂教学模式,该教学模式的改革目标一方面是为了提高学生的学习效果和学习积极性,另一方面是引导学生找到社会工作职业的价值,培养学生的社会工作职业观。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems of traditional teaching methods,and according to the author＇s teaching experience,the paper proposed the ＂Cognition-Experience＂ teaching mode for social work with elders.The reform goal of ＂Cognition-Experience＂ teaching mode is to improve students＇ learning effects and learning motivation as well as to guide students to find the value of Social Work and cultivate the students＇ vocational view. |
