| Abstract: | This article applies the theory of social work based on the empowerment of vulnerable groups from the ＂Wuhan Ant＂, and the deprivation theory of sociology to understand and analyze the current deprived situation of this groups. On this basis, from individuals and community to improve their survival and development of the empowerment strategy. |
