| 摘 要： | 教师教育技术培训离不开培训资源的有效支持,但教育技术培训资源的建设、使用中存在很多问题。本文以提高教师教育技术培训绩效为出发点,以建设优质的培训资源为突破口,针对当前培训资源库建设中出现的问题,着重讨论培训资源库的建设策略。
