| 摘 要： | 欺诈与诈骗是两个有着本质区别的概念,欺诈等于欺骗加非法占有目的之外的不法意图,而诈骗等于欺骗加非法占有目的。欺诈与诈骗不可能相互转化。

| Abstract: | Fraud and deception are two concepts that are different in essence.Fraud is equal to deceit and to the illegal intention besides the purpose of illegal possession while deception is equal to deceit and to the purpose of illegal possession only.It's impossible that fraud and deception can convert mutually. |
