| Abstract: | Postmodern changes in recent Chinese film are alteration, dislocation, estranging, and dissolution of authoritative discourse and clearly show signs of consumer-orientation in catering to the audience's aural and visual sensational pleasure while diluting film's humanist significance and decreasing its aesthetic depth. |
