| 摘 要： | 从外部环境、内部资源和并购管理能力三个方面构建企业并购能力评价分析框架与企业并购能力评价指标体系。引入层次分析法以确定各指标值的权重,并运用多层次模糊综合评价模型,对企业并购能力强弱进行了定量分析。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the capacity of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), from the three aspects including external environment, internal resources and M&A management capacity, this article builds an analytical framework and indicator system of M&A capacity, which introduce the method of AHP to determine the weight of the evaluation indicators and proposes the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to make a quantitative analysis on M&A capacity. |
