| 摘 要： | 以人为本是生态文明建设过程中人们需要遵循的基本原则。以人为本是生态文明建设的内在需求，二者具有统一性。生态文明建设中以人为本的内涵十分丰富，需要对其中的具体形式的人、承担主体、落脚点等进行科学地把握，应关注以人为本的公正性、适应范围和限度，尤其是以人为本的实践操作。

| Abstract: | People-orientedness is the basic principle to be abided by and the inherent demand in the construction of ecological civilization.Both of the two share their unity.Its connotations are quite rich in the construction of ecological civilization.That is,man in his material form,the subject of commitment,and the foothold,and so on,must be interpreted in a scientific way,and its fairness,its applicable scope and limit,and especially its practicable implementation ought to be concerned about at the same time. |
