| 摘 要： | "绿色奥运"是北京举办2008年奥运会三大理念之一。"碳中和"是一种以减少二氧化碳排放为目标的环保运动,并日渐成为一种可持续发展的标准。本文分别对"绿色奥运"和"碳中和"进行深入分析,设计出将北京"绿色奥运"与"碳中和"结合的策略方案,并对2008年北京绿色奥运"碳中和"方案提出技术与经济公共政策建议。
