摘    要:如果说商务英语洽谈课旨在培养学生既能从事商贸、外事口译 ,又能独当一面 ,直接与各类商人洽谈生意 ,成为谈判桌上能说善辩、始终掌握主动权的强者 ,那么除了有一本从“实战”出发 ,用起来得心应手的教材外 ,还要有一套服务于“实战” ,区别于其它课程的教学方法。教师与学生还应改变传统观念 ,重新认识“教”与“学”的位置 ,在“教”与“学”、课堂与操作等一系列问题上作相应调整 ,方能达到预期目的。

Abstract:If the purpose of the course of business talks is not only to foster the students' ability to be engaged in international trade and foreign affairs interpretation, but also to have business talks directly and independently with foreign business people and to become elegant negotiators who have the initiative in their hands all along, besides having a serviceable textbook which proceeds from "actual combat", there should be a particular teaching method which can serve opertions of the "actual combat". Teachers and students should also change their traditional concept, reconsider the position of "teaching" and "learning" of the course. Only with appropriate adjustment in relation to "teaching" and "learning" , class arrangement and operation, can we achieve the desired goal.
