体制转轨时期的电力企业运行机制研究

体制转轨期指我国正从完全的计划经济向较为完善的市场经济过渡的一段时期，从电力角度讲，要建立完善的电力市场包括建立完善的交易规则、现代电力企业制度。目前，我国电力企业电力供给等出现较为混乱的局面，一方面部分电力企业严重亏损、部分企业盈利丰厚，另一方面农村用电、工业用电紧张。本文着重探讨电力企业的内在运行机制，研究电力体制、电力企业、电力工业的改革理论。

Research on power Enterprise Operating Mechanism during System Transferring Period

System transferring is the period of our country from complete planning economy to the complete market economy. From the view of tbe power, it must set up complete power market including complete rules and modern corporation regulation. At present, power enterprise supplies are very chaotic in our country: on the one hand, some are drastically deficient, others are surplus, on the other hand, the rural and industrial power are short. This article mainly discusses the inner mechanism of power enterprises and studies the reform theories of power system, power enterprises and power industries.
