| 摘 要： | 企业为了实现资本最大限度的增值,其追求的目标应该是利润最大化、股东权益最大化和企业价值最大化。从国有资产管理的目标考虑,将股东权益最大化作为企业财务管理的目标应是国有企业财务管理的基本原则。而要实现股东权益最大化的目标,就要在企业建立和完善一整套有效的措施,来确保管理目标的实现;在现代企业财务管理上必须实现科学化管理。

| Abstract: | To realize the maximal appreciation, an enterprise pursues the aim of maximal profit, maximal shareholders' profit and maximal enterprise value. Considering the national assets management, it's highly necessary to view the maximal shareholders' profit as the principle of fiscal management, which calls for a set of effective measures and scientific management. |
