| 摘 要： | 素质教育的目的不仅是要教授学生知识，更重要的是要学生获得全面发展。大学英语教学作为教育链的一环，要求我们应该把英语教学放在更特殊的位置上。我国大学英语教学应试教育存在若干问题，本文就如何实行素质教育提出了一些建设性措施，如：运用“动态的有机整体结构”这一新型教学法，分层次教学，提高教师整体素质水平，以及学校要给予英语教育更多的关心、支持、理解与投入等。

| Abstract: | The purpose of quality education is not only to teach students knowledge,but more importantly to develop students fully.College English teaching as a part of education link,We should put it on a special position.Our college English teaching education has a number of problems.We give some constructive meas- ures to solve how to realize quality education,such as:using"dynamic organic whole structure",this new teaching methods,teaching at different levels,enhancing the overall teachers' quality,and English language education in schools should be given more attention,support,understanding and investment. |
