不同含酚类型棉花苗期生理生化特性的比较研究

摘    要:低酚棉苗叶片中的蛋白质含量较为稳定,除多酚氧化酶活性较低外,叶面积、干物重、叶绿素总量及其a/b值等多项指标均高于中、高酚棉。随苗龄的不同,三种含酚类型的棉苗叶片和幼茎中的IAA氧化酶、过氧化物酶活性都有一定的变化,并且与株高呈显著负相关。

Abstract:Most indexes of the Oligophenol cotton seedling, such as the leaf area, the dry material weight, the amount of chlorophyll and the value of a/b etc., arehigher than that of the middle and the higher ones, but the protein containing in leaves is stable and the activity of polyphenol oxidase is lower. Along with the variance of seedling ages, the IAA oxidase and the activity of peroxidase in leaves and young stem of 3 kinds of gossypol containing are almost changeable, and they are significant negative interrelated to the seedling hight.
