高倍增力离心机构研究

摘    要:本文介绍的高倍增为离心机构是一种创新型机构.与传统离心机构相比,它的主要力学特征是具有功能不同的两类离心重块,即输出重块与增为重块.输出重块的实际输出力为其自身产生的离心力与增力重块产生的离心力经过高倍放大后再作用在输出重块上的力的和.本文对几种传统离心机构进行了简要介绍,对高倍增力离心机构进行了结构研究及力学分析,并对其应用领域的拓宽进行了展望.

Abstract:The super - reinforcement centrifugal mechanism introduced in this paper is new created kind of mechanism. Comparision with conventional centrifugal mechanism, its main mechanical characteristics is that it has two kinds of centrifugal weight with different functions, i.e. output weight and reinforcement weight. The actual output force of output weight is the resultant of centrifugal force formed by output weight and the force by reinforcement weight and amplified by step- up system. Brief introduction and analysis to several kinds of conventioanl centrifugal mechanism were shown in this paper. On the base of research on its structure and mechanics, the prospects for the application of Super - reinforcement centrifugal mechanism were pointed out.
