铁路建筑企业农民工安全现状的调查与分析

采取问卷调查和现场访谈的方法,对中国中铁和中国铁建所属8家局级铁路建筑企业进行了调研。对这些单位663位农民工样本,从收入、劳动合同、保险、工会、工作强度与时间、个体健康情况（体检）、精神文化生活满意度、食宿满意度、当前生存状况的满意度、岗前技能掌握程度、工作经验、安全教育与培训、安全感觉、安全意识、工作方式安全性、施工设备与环境、安全管理与监督等17个参数,共归纳为9个方面进行调查,其中部分问题辅以216位样本管理人员的访谈。通过样本分析,对铁路建筑企业农民工安全现状进行评价,并针对存在的问题提出建议。

Security Investigation and Analysis on Migrant Workers of Railway Construction Enterprise

In this paper,survey and on-site interviews methods are used to investigate 8 railway construction enterprises owned by the Chinese Railway Group Limited and China Railway Construction Corporation.663 samples of migrant workers are chosen for the research.From 17 parameters such as income,labor contracts,insurance,trade unions,and the intensity of the work,individual health condition（physical examination）,spiritual and cultural life satisfaction,satisfaction with room and board,satisfaction of the current state survival,pre-post master skills,work experience,education and training in safety,security,sense of safety awareness,work safety,construction equipment and the environment,safety management and supervision etc.9 aspects are summed up to investigate and samples of 216 managers are interviewed in part of the problems.Through the analysis of samples the security status quo of the railway construction business migrant workers is evaluated and recommendations are made against the existing problems.
