| Abstract: | Property right system is the key of enterprise management and development, and is the chief driving force for the development of film industry in Yunnan. Film resources should be integrated on the basis of company system and film industry of Yunnan be fostered according to the requirement of modern enterprise system. Property rights should be guaranteed and duly protected according to relevant laws in order to ensure the healthy operation of modern property right system. |
