| 摘 要： | 根据歧义产生的根源,从法、语义、语用三个平面角度将英语歧义分为句法性歧义、语义性歧义和语用性歧义三种类型。大量实例表明句法多义是歧义产生的基础,语义上的多义是歧义产生的条件,而语用则为歧义提供成立的依据。

| Abstract: | This paper sums up the classification of ambiguity by analyzing the source of ambiguity from syntactic, semantic and pragmatic perspectives. Lots of examples are cited to show that polysemy in syntax, semantics and pragmatics forms the basis and provides the necessity for the existence of ambiguity. |
