从各级体校为基础的“三级训练网”，是在教育系统以外形成的另一套体育和文化教育系统．该系统使青少年运动员因偏重运动训练而导致文化水平低，分流与退役安置困难．针对这些问题，从伦理学视角对其进行规律、价值及效益评价．指出要实现竞技体育的良性发展需做到：1）人的发展应与社会系统的发展相协调；2）结合奥运战略，从物质利益和精神状态2方面关心人的发展．竞技体育的可持续发展是包含伦理因素在内的多维目标和操作体系．

On Sustainable Development of Competitive Sports with the Perspective of Ethics

Triple Training Nets,based on different groups of physical schools,is a physical and educational system,which distributes the low-literacy teenage players due to heavy sports training. With the perspective of ethics,it is pointed out that benign competitive sports development can be achieved by that human development should be in accordance with the social development and that sustainable development of competitive sports should concentrate on human development from material benefit and spiritual status.
