| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the irreplaceable function of youth league in colleges and universities during the process of cultivating talented students with innovations through several aspects as follows: forming and edifying a campus cultural and academic atmosphere;building up a stage of scientific and competitive practice;guiding students' scientific research organizations to develop well;and establishing guarantee system and motivation mechanism. |
