| 摘 要： | 从我国国内市场体系建设的实际出发,阐述了打破地方保护,建立国内统一市场,是建立和完善社会主义市场经济体系的重要内容。分析了目前我国建立国内统一市场所存在的体制性缺陷以及约束机制不健全等方面的问题,并针对这些问题,提出了一些政策建议。
