交通拥堵对社会经济的影响是多方面的,涉及到城市常住人口、就业岗位、GDP、土地资源、能源、环境和政策等多个领域。建立交通拥堵的社会经济影响的系统动力学模型,以研究城市交通与社会经济互动关系,可分析社会系统、经济系统、资源系统、了解环境系统和城市交通系统之间相互复杂的关系,了解城市交通拥堵对社会经济的影响,同时通过调整限号政策状态,研究在交通拥堵变化的情况下,社会经济系统的动态变化情况。

An Analysis of the Socio-economic Impact of Traffic Congestion

Traffic congestion has an impact on many aspects of society and economy,which involves resident population,working post,GDP,land resource,energy,environment and policy making in general.This paper establishes a system dynamics model of urban transportation and socio-economic interaction for the purpose of studying traffic congestion’s socio-economic impact,and describes the complex relationships among the social system,economic system,resource system,environmental system and urban transportation system.Based on the empirical study of Beijing,the article analyzes the impact of urban traffic congestion on socio-economic sectors,conducts case studies of traffic congestion and the consequential dynamics of changes in socio-economic system through the adoption of the policy of restricting private cars.
