| 摘 要： | 解决农村失学女童的教育问题,不能仅仅从教育领域入手,而是一个关乎全社会的系统性工程。为此,有必要构建一个包括充分发挥乡镇村文化站(室)的功能、拓展"农家书屋"的育人功能、构建文化援助网络系统、加强文化援助体系的主体建设等内容在内的文化援助体系。

| Abstract: | Education is not the only aspect to solve the educational problem of the girls out of school in rural areas, but it is a matter of systematic engineering of the whole society. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a culture aid system which contains the functions of giving full play to the culture station in towns and villages, expanding the education function of "peasant bookstore", establishing the culture aid network system, and strengthening the main construction of culture aid system. |
