朝核危机根源的建构主义分析

朝鲜核问题自上世纪爆发以来,虽经过六轮六方会谈和多轮双边会谈却仍一波三折难以解决,在此期间朝进行地下核试验并试射导弹成功,成为事实上的核国家。朝鲜认为发展核武器事关国家的生存发展等基本权利,而其他相关国家则认为半岛无核化更符合本国利益。就建构主义基于共有观念的解释来看,朝美双方共有观念是敌人,朝鲜与日本和韩国的共有观念也是敌人,朝鲜与中国的传统型友好关系也在框架内进行调整与再适应,与俄罗斯则形成了冷淡的邻居。因此,朝鲜实际上处于霍布斯式无政府状态中,要想获得生存和安全必须依靠自助。

Causes of North Korean Nuclear Crisis:a Constructivism Analysis

Ever since the break out in the last century,the North Korean nuclear issue has so far gone through six rounds of Six-Party talks and a series of bilateral talks.Though undergone many twists and turns,it still remains largely unsolved.In this process,North Korea conducted some underground nuclear tests and successfully launched a missile,thus became a de facto nuclear country.North Korea insists developing nuclear weapons is a matter related to the basic rights of a country,such as national survival and development,while other countries believe that the denuclearization of the peninsula is more in line with their national interests.Based on the theory of constructivism,this essay tends to interpret from the perspective of sharing notion.The sharing notion between North Korea and United States is enemy,when this is applied to other countries,Japan and South Korea are enemies,the traditionally friendly relations with China also needs to be adjusted and readapted within the framework,and Russia is an indifferent neighbor.Thus North Korea is in fact in a state of Hobbesian anarchy,it must rely on self-help to obtain safety and survival.
