语用能力与科学教育之和谐互动论——从马建忠的“规矩说”到孙中山的“津梁说”

马建忠、孙中山、蔡元培等名家都有丰富的言语作品存世,都有很强的语用能力,都有关于语言及其运用的学说思想,且都力倡科学教育并身体力行。作为某种意义上的元语言和对象语言,马建忠的"规矩说"、蔡元培的"媒介说"、孙中山的"津梁说",形成于1898年至1919年中国近现代社会历史转型的重要时期,在时间上大致顺接,在内容上互有牵连,分别着眼于语言及其运用的功能目的、关系、结果目标等方面,凸显了相关学说的科学精神、科学方法论和科学认知论意义,强化了语用过程的主体间性,表明并印证了语用能力与科学教育之和谐互动。语用能力与科学教育之和谐互动有助于民族复兴和国家富强。

The Harmonious Interaction Between Pragmatic Competence and Science Education: From Ma Jianzhong’s "Rules Theory" to Sun Yatsen’s "Bridge Theory"

Ma Jianzhong, Sun Yatsen and Cai Yuanpei all had rich parole works known to the world, very strong pragmatic competence as well as theories and thoughts about langue and its applications, and all of them promoted science education vigorously and set examples by personally taking part. As a sense of basic language and object language, Ma Jianzhong’s "Rules Theory", Cai Yuanpei’s "Medium Theory" and Sun Yatsen’s "BridgeTheory" all formed in the important period of social historical transformation in the modern China from 1898 to 1919. All three of these terms linked up roughly in the time and interconnected in the content, respectively focused on the functional purposes, relations, results of the language and its application, highlighted the scientific spirit, scientific methodology and scientific cognition theory significance of relevant theories, strengthened the intersubjectivity in the pragmatic process, showed and proved the harmonious interaction between pragmatic competence and scientific education, which will contribute to the revival of the nation as well as the prosperity and strength of the country.
