摘    要:元认知训练对于个性化教育的实施是有重要意义的 ,这种意义不仅仅是元认知训练对培养和开发学生的主体性 (包括主体精神和主体能力两方面 )进而促进其个性化的效果 ,而且表现为前者为后者提供了一条在课堂上就能开展的、真正具体可行的途径。个性化教育过程中的元认知训练应 :重视传授元认知知识 ,让学生了解自己 ;培养学生的元认知技能 ,使他们学会自我监控 ;训练认知的同时 ,注重培养学生的动机、情感等非智力因素

Abstract:Metacognitive training has important significance for the actualization of personality education.It is not only that metacognitive training can exploit students' mastership and accelerate their individuation,but also that the former provides a really idiographic and feasible way which can be used in daily classroom teaching for the latter.Metacognitive training in personality education should pay attention to imparting metacognitive knowledge to students and making them know themselves;foster students'metacognitive skills and make them be able to monitor themselves;emphasize cultivating students' motivation and emotion.
