| 摘 要： | 饮食观念的转变,为奶业大发展提供了广阔的市场空间。特别是美国的饮食文化对促进美国奶业的发展起到了至关重要的作用。通过引导饮食文化的转变,促进中国奶制品的消费,进而找出影响中国奶业发展的又一重要因素,已成为加快我国奶业发展的重要课题。

| Abstract: | The conceptual changes of diet provided a vast market space to the Milk development.American food culture in particular plays a crucial role in the promotion of the development of American Milk.How to guide the food culture transformation,promote Chinese dairy consumption,and find out another important factor influencing the development of China Milk,has become an important topic in accelerating development of Chi- na Milk.Therefore,how to learn from the world powers-the US Milk development experience,raise the devel- opment level pf China Milk,and adapt to the international and domestic markets must be implemented. |
