| Abstract: | The development pattern and requirement of higher education are pluralistic.Universities should follow the scientific concept of development,to establish the logos in running a university with the rigorous pursuance of scholarship and individual character,to combine with organically the education reformation and laws and regulations of university running,then,a lot of experts of higher education and high lever universities will be continually emerging.And a modern strong country on education will be set up. |
