预告登记制度法律问题研究述评

随着《物权法》的颁布，预告登记制度首次以国家立法的形式在我国明确下来，但学界对预告登记的性质、效力、构成要件都存在较大的争议，有必要在借鉴大陆法系预告登记制度的实践中，吸纳各国相关制度之合理因素，对这一制度予以改进和完善。

Research and Review of Legal Issues in Advance Notice Registration

With the promulgation of the Real Right Law of the People's Republic of China, the advance notice registration system has been cleared down for the first time in the form of national legislation. But there is still a huge controversy about the nature, effectiveness and components of the advance notice registration in the academic circle. It is necessary to learn from the practice of the civil law notice registration system to absorb reasonable factors from some countries' related systems. On that account, this system would be improved and perfected.
