| 摘 要： | 社会利益集团的发展是中国特色社会主义事业的内生现象,具有历史必然性.但利益集团不能出现在党内,因为党内利益集团会改变党的性质、损害党的团结与统一、动摇党的执政地位,危害甚大.因此,要深刻认识党内利益集团的危害性及对其遏制的迫切性;深化改革,营造遏制党内利益集团滋生的环境;从严治党,坚决把党内利益集团扼杀在萌芽状态.
