幼儿教师心理健康状况的调查研究

通过运用SCL-90症状自评量表,对武汉市102名一线幼儿教师进行调查和分析,发现当前我国幼儿教师总体心理健康形势相当严峻。这一情况应当引起有关部门的重视,并应针对幼儿教师职业的特殊性,综合考虑幼儿教师的正常需求和由于职业特殊性带来的特殊需求,建立合理的制度,从物质和精神上对幼儿教师给予更多的关爱,从而从根本上解决幼儿教师的心理健康问题,以促进我国幼儿教育事业的持续健康发展。

The Investigation of Psychological Health of Infants' Teachers

With the help of SCL-90 self-test symptoms, one hundred and two infants' teachers investigated and analyzed are found to have serious psychological health on the whole. It is known that the profession of infants' teachers is special. The related department should pay attention to this and set up reasonable systems to care for the teachers more physically and spiritually. Then the problems of kindergarten teachers' psycho health can be basically solved to promote China's infants education to have a sustainable and sound development.
