| 摘 要： | 大学生中存在着非正式群体.大学生非正式群体有其存在的主、客观原因.大学生之间通过相互交往、相互影响形成了各种类型的非正式群体,呈现出其自身的特点.学生管理工作者了解和掌握了大学生非正式群体的情况,才能在工作中善于发挥其积极作用,消除其消极影响,使学生教育管理工作更具有针对性和实效性.
