| Abstract: | Initiated from the elements of productive forces, the paper analyzes the hard-nuts in agricultural sci-tech advances of such counties as Xiji,Haiyuan and Guyuan in Ningxia.To be exact,it expoundes the shackles in the economic development of those areas concerned with reference to the mechanism integrating science and technology into productive forces respectively from the perspective of the technical properties of basic facilities in agricultural production,the application of mechanical power in agriculture,the level of division of labor with individual farmers cooperation,the features of agricultural production and management ownership,and the formation of the non-market mechanism of land. |
