情境亲验式迁移法在《组织行为学》教学中的应用

摘    要:《组织行为学》做为一门实用性很强的管理类学科,课程的目的是要使学生具备解释、预测、进而控制组织中人的行为及态度的实践能力。学科的实用性特点决定了仅仅采用传统的板书理论教学方式是很难达到这一目的。根据组织行为学的学科特点,结合学习迁移理论,对组织行为学情境亲验式迁移教学方法做了初步的探讨。

Abstract:Essentials of Organizational Behavior is a very practical subject in management,which aims to enable the students to grasp the practical ability to explain,predict,and have control over people's attitude and behavior in the organization.The practicability of this subject shows that traditioanal teaching wont work.Based on the characteristics of Essrntials of Organizational Behavior and transfer theory of learnig,this paper makes an initical exploration of the behaioral teaching method.
