| 摘 要： | 关贸总协定乌拉圭回合谈判结束为中国复关创造了契机．关贸总协定确立的制度是促进国际贸易自由化的充满弹性的法律制度。中国复关得失共存、利弊交错，但利大于弊．关贸总协定是个务实的组织，中国复关必须靠加大改革的步伐，建立起一套适应国际市场经济运转的制度才能顺理成章的解决。

| Abstract: | The conclusion of the negotiation on Gatt held in Uruguay brings about a favourabvle opportunity for China to re sume GATT.The system established by Gatt is a flexible legal system which promotes the freedom of international trade. Advantages and disadvantages co-exist in China's resumption of GATT,but advantages outnumber disadvantages.GATT is a pragmatic organization.Therfore,China should accelerate its reform and establish a system which can fit in with the economic operation of the international market.By so doing ,it can succeed in its resumption of GATT. |
