| 摘 要： | 腐败现象是一种腐蚀剂 ,严重侵蚀着党和国家的肌体。腐败现象产生的原因是多方面的 ,如权力的不受制约或制约不力 ,党和国家制度的不健全 ,封建主义腐朽思想的影响等。克服腐败现象 ,必须加强共产党的制度建设。党的制度建设有着多方面的内容 ,主要应该加强党的领导制度、组织制度和监督制度的建设

| Abstract: | Corruption is a kind of "corrosive", damaging to the state and the Party. Corruption is the result of a variety of causes like the lack of control over and restriction to power, institutional inadequacy of the state and the Party and impact of decadent feudalism. To get rid of corruption, the institutional construction of the Party has to be strengthened. Institutional construction of the Party includes primarily the aspects regarding leadership, organization and supervision. |
