浅论我国高等院校人力资源管理改革

摘    要:高等院校作为汇集和培养人才的基地,承担着为社会培养各类人才、创新知识、服务社会的重大任务,在我国的社会发展和经济建设中处于极其重要的战略地位.本文从目前高校人力资源管理存在的问题入手,提出了改革我国高校人力资源管理改革的基本原则,在此基础上具体从人才的聘用、职责设定、培训开发以及科技运用这几个方面提出了改革高校人力资源管理的基本思路.

Abstract:As the base of collecting and fostering talents,the institutions of higher learning understake the significant duty of educating all kinds of talented person,innovating knowledge and serving the society.They are at the extremely important and strategic position in the social development and the economic development of our country.This article proposed some basic principles for reforming the human resource management of the institutions of higher learning in our country on the basis of the present problems in the human resource management of the universities,and provided some concrete ideas further from the hire of talents,the collocation of responsibilities, the training and development as well as the utilization of the science and technology.
