| 摘 要： | 课程教材建设是实施继续教育的关键。被培训者、培训者需要通过课程教材学习提高和发展自己 ,课程教材建设还可以成为最好的“培训者培训”工程。中小学教师继续教育课程教材建设的指导思想是 ,走出以学科专业知识为中心的藩篱 ,打破以专业学科为主线的结构 ,建立以提高教师素质为中心 ,满足教师实施素质教育的需要为主线的课程教材结构。其依据是教师队伍现状、继续教育目标、新世纪对教师的要求、教师自身发展需要、国内外继续教育及课程教材建设经验。要遵循的原则有针对性和先进性统一、实效性和前瞻性统一、理论性和实践性统一。课程结构由本体性、条件性和实践性课程构成
