| 摘 要： | 特色是当代高校办学的必然选择,对特色化的极度体认正是高校办学特色的时代内涵。构成高校办学特色的要素主要是学科特色、大学文化及大学精神特色、人才培养特色。创建高校办学特色必须遵循如下六条原则:长远规划原则、优先转化潜在优势原则、继承与创新相结合的原则、校长发挥主导作用的原则、制度化持续化原则、与时俱进的原则。
