| 摘 要： | 通过大规模增发国债来支持“积极”扩张性财政政策的运用,是我国政府为干预经济而灵活运用财政政策的开始。近年来,我国通过财政政策进行宏观调控,成效显著,但经济运行中仍存在许多问题。近年来我国实施财政政策过程中的经验和教训,对于把握我国今后财政政策的方向具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Our Chinese government is increasing the circulation of national debt in order to reinforce the carrying out of the financial policy. This marks the outset that the Chinese government started to interfere in the development of economy by various financial policies. According to the latest changes in economy, our government adjusts its financial policy in the new round of control of macro-economy. which is extremely significant in indicating the development of Chinese financial policy in the future. |
